Terms of service

The service

Revela lets hosts create private event galleries where invited guests can capture and share photos, with optional delayed reveal. Features and pricing may change over time; we will not materially reduce paid features you have already purchased for an active event without notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you use Revela on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not attempt to access events you were not invited to, disrupt the service, or scrape data without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect users or the service.

Content and licenses

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant Revela a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your event.

Hosts are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed from guests and for complying with applicable privacy laws when collecting photos.

Payments

Paid event plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

Guest limits and features apply to the plan selected for each event.

Disclaimers

Revela is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revela and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant event in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
