Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and basic profile details from your authentication provider (such as Google or Apple).

Event and photo data: Hosts provide event details (name, date, settings). Guests and hosts may upload photos to an event gallery. We store this content to operate the service.

Usage data: We collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the product to keep Revela secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use your information to create and manage events, deliver photos to invited guests, process payments, provide support, and improve Revela.

We may send service-related messages (for example, sign-in links or important account notices). We do not sell your personal information.

Photos and event privacy

Event galleries are private to the host and invited guests until the host’s chosen reveal time, unless the host changes visibility settings.

Hosts control guest access through invite links and QR codes. You are responsible for who you share those links with.

Retention

Event photos and metadata are kept for the retention period selected by the host or as required to provide the service. After that period, content may be deleted.

You may request deletion of your account or specific content by contacting us at support@revelafilm.com.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Revela, including Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage, and payment processors for event purchases. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
